I recently purchased a 2003 Yukon SLT with only 2 rows with 96,000 miles on her. It has the front and rear climate controls. I did a pressure test on the low pressure side of the a/c and it shows it is has the right amount of pressure and doesn't need a recharge. The unit will change from defrost to vent to floor and a combination of them and will blow at all the variable levels output. The a/c just doesn't get cold on hot days. The other night when it was 63 degrees out it felt cold making me wonder if there's a fresh air vent that isn't closing.

Any suggestions or links to fixes would be great.

Thanks for the help.

could be a blend door not closing all the way. like your getting bleed air from the heater core. my nnbs was doing the same thing. first try pulling the hvac fuses and let do a relearn. There is most likely a post or two on this forum or do a utube search. lots of info out there.
