no rpm switch just pressure switches in the system. you really need to get some gauges on that thing. the pressures have to be off somehow. freezing components will get damaged. if the pressure on the cold side is getting so low that hen it is possible the low pressure switch is defective. it keeps the evap from freezing up. leave in be, get some gauges and post video of results if possible.

Well Finally solved the problem. The low pressure switch on the dryer was slowly and progressively going out until it failed completely. A/C has been working grate ever since. Thanks for putting up with me and helping out. I really appreciate it.
