A/C system replacement with rear air, guidance please.

Alright ya'll it's in the upper 80's down here with average humidity of about 71% and I can't take it no more.

System replacement is in a 98 yukon with rear air.

I've never replaced an AC system on a vehicle but I've been a refrigeration technician for about 6 years.

I know to replace the compressor, liquid receiver, orffice(s) and expansion valve(s).
Is there anything else that Is a good idea to replace on a vehicle of this age?
Also how many orffice tubes does my system have and is there only one expansion valve?

My system has been blown down for about 3 years when the compressor seal went, rear air wasn't cold at the time either.

Also name brands? Ht6 compressor different from original?
I've been looking at four seasons brand with "upgraded compressors"

Also I do have the deal that pulls the system into a vacuum and a set of guages.

one orifice tube for front evap and one txv valve for the rear. use a delphi or delco compressor new. flush and blow it dry via nitrogen. add required oil in each required device. deep vacuum for at least 2 hrs. then charge and test.

I'd replace the condenser as well with a newer parallel flow design.
Short additional money when your in that deep and easy to do with the system open and getting vac'd and recharged.

Thanks fella's I sure do appreciate it.
I was pondering on the condenser since it is open to the elements and insects may have been stuck to it for some time causing corrosion.
Will use delphi name brand stuff as well.
Just my personal preference over delco.

Well I retract that statement about the delphi parts.
All I can find from them is the compressor :-<

So I'll use a delphi compressor and delco for the rest.

Only problem I'm having is the delco condenser is an exact copy of the original model, unless my research is incorrect.
Should I use a different name brand to upgrade to the parallel model?

try AC Delco pn 15-6958
I used this and its 41 tubes versus original condenser with 22 tubes.

Actually I have a spare one in my garage that I installed and found the OT wouldn't fit my two door(front ac only has an OT in the condenser) versus front and back AC with OT in the line.

Ill give you a smoking deal on this one of you can use it.

I may be interested, What kind of a deal are you offering?

I did add the main hoses going to the compressor to my cart, figured it may be a good idea.
Wasn't sure what the canister looking deals on the compressor end was or their function was.

Everything I have planned to buy:
Compressor - delphi
Dryer - Ac Delco
Orffice tube - Ac Delco
Expansion valve - Ac Delco
Suction & discharge lines - Ac Delco
And your condensor.
