About your LED Interior Upgrade Packages - 2nd posting

I got my Tahoe LED Upgrade in the mail a few days ago, and I am missing the vanity bulbs.

I say this, because your photo on your website shows them changed out, along with the dome lights and map lights. Nowhere on the page does it say which bulbs are being replaced, or that the vanity lights are sold separately.


Seems this little oversite could cost me an extra $40 if I want what the photo shows.

Just so you know, I tried to contact you via e-mail before I bought the kit to ask if the vanity lights were included, and got no response. In fact, I have never gotten a response back about anything, question, comment or otherwise.

If the vanity lights are not part of the kit, then your site is misleading. Failing to reply to customers when they have questions and issues about that leads me to believe it's deliberately misleading. If you're going to use this board to sell your items then you should answer emails *** from members in a timely manner, IMO.

Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe not.

Let's get to the bottom of this and address it. I suggest we leave this thread here in public so everyone can see the resolution actions taken. Keep it to business and nothing else.

If another member has any separate issues, please PM a staff member or the vendor and we will help as needed.

Where is the verbiage that outlines what is included in the kit? I saw the picture, and personally I would think the vanity lights are included based on the photo alone. However, that would be negated by a clear description of each bulb included in the kit by his/her ad. (website or on TYF)

Let's get this resolved quickly and professionally.

First of all I apologize, all of our emails are a few days backed up. We are moving into a new location and well it has been tough because a few guys that were learning the products and job in itself had to be let go because of some issues affecting our stock numbers.

The picture yes shows the vanity mirrors, but they are separate. Now, maybe we can work something out about the vanity's and I will make sure the description is updated asap.

Normally we have no issues with responses, maybe some people at times expect instant responses but this is not the only forum we are on along with running 2 shop locations and more websites it gets pretty crazy, but I assure you with the new staff we are establishing everything will be fine.

Your picture is misleading and could be called for false advertisement, regardless of the excuse the client should get the lights because anyone who sees that picture is gonna assume their vanity lights will be included. I think you should've noticed this and covered your bases and given a disclaimer. It isn't the buyers fault of the mishap.. IMO

I agree with that completely. I would not have ordered just the dome lights for what I paid for it. I'm not going to pay extra for them and I'm not going to bother asking for a refund. I'll just call it lesson learned.


...and, I did not PM you here- I emailed your sales email on HID site directly... three times. A few days before a response is fine, but these emails were almost two weeks ago and no response to any of them. Not to the ones before I ordered, or after.

I havent had problems with them returning pm's but emails from their site dont get returned nor do they return phone calls.

Okay, now I understand where a few of you are coming from but there seems to be no understanding from a few.

Emails that are not returned we probably did not get if they are longer than 4 days old (and we have had similar issues before); most emails will be caught up to by today because it has been tough, and if such an excuse is not all that great than it is fine, we lose the customers and it is our fault, but for the product we supply and the prices we give most will come around.

As for the customer, check your PM and that is what we can offer.

Those that are drawn away from purchasing the great products we offer, we are sad to hear that, but well with small issues and misunderstandings it happens.

** If any questions let us know, we are still glad to help as much as we can, but we are a small company so please do not always expect responses from us within the hour; staying small is how we sell quality and rare items at low prices, so bare with us.

Yes, our voice messages have been down since the beginning of the move about 3 weeks ago, we always say just call back in a while because we can not check our voice mails for another week or so, but most do get the call through if your a bit patient.
