I know im not the only one. I have a brake issue.
Abs and brake light is on. Ive replaced: abs module and wheel speed sensors. And also cleaned all grounds, the problem is still there!
The fuse is good, no loose connection.
Is there anything else to try?
(no, i will not tape the lights where i cant see it lol)

did you replace all 3/4 wheel speed sensors? the tone ring inside the hub can also get gunked up with debris and other such stuff throwing the tone ring pulses off and the abs module will only see a wheel speed sensor problem. there will probably atleast 1 other speed sensor on the truck that also deals with the abs system did you replace that one aswell. lastly when you replaced the wheel speed sensors were any of the caps broken off? under the plastic end cap there is like a magnetic pulse pickup coil. if the cap comes off the wires alot of times will pull out and wrap around the tone ring potentially throwing the tone pulses off. lastly did you check all the wires for breaks? part of the wire is exposed in the wheel well it might be insulated or coated but if a rock hits it hard enough it can still break the wires inside.

unless you have a scanner that will read abs codes then you are just throwing money at it and guessing.
that being said what abs module did you use? it has to be a exact match by part number, not just one that fits.
and unless it was new then another used one could be bad also they get loose solder inside from years of going down the road.

are the abs & brake light on all the time or just intermittent?
if it is intermittent then you need to scan it when the the abs light is lit up.
if it is on all the time and does not give you a code then you need a better scanner to dig deeper.
both the abs light and brake can light up for separate reasons but there will always be a reason why.

I have a similar issue on a 2005 Tahoe LT AWD/stabilitrack. This is a recent purchase - ~150k.
Upon piurchase the ABS fuse was pulled - inserted fuse and started troubleshooting. The ABS/traction kicked in when stopping/starting respectively. I replaced front sensors - cleaned the mounting surfaces too. Same issue but somewhat less. I used a scanner to monitor wheel speeds - i could not determine why the ABS/Traction lights came on from the graph as they followed really close: both front together, driver & rear, passenger & rear.
I replaced the hubs (SKF) with sensors. The ABS/Traction lights still are intermittant. Again I could not determine why when reviewing the graphs.
Will calipers affect the feedback? These look original. Will steering & control arm bushings affect feedback? They do need to be replaced. I have not verified the harness(es) from the sensors to the brake module.
Is replacing the ABS control module next?

Sounds like the abs module needs to be resoldered or replaced. Mine intermittently had brake+ abs lights and resoldering the connections fixed it. These modules are pretty expensive. And it’s free to try (if you have a soldering iron). There’s probably people on the internet that will fix it for you also, but free is what I like. YouTube has tons of videos

Your ABS fuse may have been removed because the ABS may have been activating randomly. Mine was doing this (00 Tahoe) so I removed the fuse. Turned out to be a bad Hub wire.
