So when the blower is on high, you have voltage (12V) on orange (52) going to the relay but nothing on purple (65) going to the fan, correct?

Assuming the ground wire from the blower is good and that you have 12V on red (542) at the relay, it seems like it would be the relay then. What do you think?

With the key on I have 12v on orange going into the module at the plug. At the relay plug, the orange doesn’t show any power at all. Also the red from the relay doesn’t show any power either. Which is very odd.

Hmm, might be a bad ground then. The red (542) to the relay is only grounded when the relay is switched by voltage from Orange (52).

If you jump it to the blower ground wire, do you then have voltage on red? That is, connect one lead of the meter to the red and the other to the blower ground wire. Then, one lead to red and another to a chassis ground (removing the blower ground from the equation).

The same question would apply to the Orange between the a/c panel and the relay. Where were you grounding the test light/multimeter when testing for voltage on Orange?
