AC Blows Hot Air but no cold air? Fan not working in engine?

Hi This is my first post here and Thank you in advance for any help. I love my 2009 Denali but am having issues with it one after another. The Ac was working fine and when I came out of the store started it up and no cold air, hot air only, the fan didn't trip making hte cooling fan noise from the engine bay? Any suggestions. Thank You again in advance?
IS it a fuse, is the AC out ? Frustrated in Kansas City!
