What is the temperature at the dash vent? I bought a GM certified 2016 LT last year in the winter. When the season changed my AC was blowing about 60 degrees at the dash vent. Took it to the dealer and they dye tested it and found a leak at the rear evaporator. This took me thru most of the summer but later the AC was warming up again. The dealer kept it a couple days and had to replace the condenser, evaporator, and rear AC lines. Now it is blowing at 46 degrees at the dash vents. Fortunately, the $1200 repair was covered under the certified warranty. During this issue I found out AC problems are not uncommon and GM has an extended warranty on the condenser.
By normal, what do you mean? What is the temp at the vents? Did they tell you? What are the pressures? Did they tell you? What was your complaint to them and what info did they give you?

Is it that your a/c blows warm(heat)? Or not cold?

AC does not cool. I set the temp to lo and the fan to high and it blows tepid. No cooling.

If that is all they did then they are saying they found no dye leaks. Still doesn't address the actual complaint. Pressures are likely low and does have a leak whether they see dye or not. Plus, if they just add dye and the system pressure is so low, the dye may not be pushed out to be able to see it. A very low pressure may not leak or seep past where the leak is at till refrigerant is added to increase pressures. Bet they did not do that. If not, that is by far a very stupid stupid way to handle the diagnosis. You may have a full system with no leaks and they don't care to tell you that and you have a pressure switch that is faulty.

This happened to me on my 2006. Turned out there is a flap in the vent system under the dash where the actuating motor went out. It was expensive to fix because I didn't want to do the necessary dash area removal and replace. It works fine now.

What is name of the dealer you go to? Been dealing with Sheehan GMC ON US 1 for regular service. So far they seem half way honest.
Very hard to find a good Chevrolet-GMC dealer in South Florida. I do not trust any dealer in Miami-Dade or Palm Beach County.
GM has a bulletin out on Compresor/dryer joint on A/C system which leaks due to cycling. They extended warranty to 50K miles/ 5 year.
I have a 2015 Tahoe and going thru the issue now.
You can check and see if your compressor is running. If the compressor is not kicking in, it could be this issue.
