where did you get the rest of the parts? was all of that included with labor at the place that did it? i'm needing to do this as well and had all but conceded about $700 but if i can get the parts cheaper then take them all somewhere and get it done for about half that, i'd be a happy camper.

$370.00 is what I paid total. the orifice tube is like $5 and the accumulator is may be 30-40$. most of my cost is labor. and yes the link above is just for the compressor. i bought the rest or the parts online from oreillys and then just had them waiting for me at the store when i went and picked them up. and by the way, i won this ebay listing on monday and the compressor arrived wednesday night. super super fast shipping.

hmm....ok i'll have to seriously look into that. i don't even know if i need a compressor. once i fill it it works fine for a few days. then it all leaks out but while the freon is in there it blows cold. i guess if i replace it all, then i dont have to worry about where it's leaking from.

thats pretty good man. well i hope all goes well with the compressor, i may have to look into that one if your survives a while
