Hey there so I have a 07 Yukon xl Denali and the air throughout the entire truck started blowing warmer than usual at 77° When set to 60. Took it to a local mechanic thinking it must be low on freon He pulled a vacuum charged the system and seemed to help some but still not great. So I replaced the temperature acuator under glovebox side of truck today hoping that was the problem with no luck. Lines under hood are ice cold and sweating and look to be performing and producing cold air but once the air is in The cabin it's not cold. I've seen where people have issues with one side or the other but this is the entire truck front and back. Anyone have any suggestions or thoughts?? TIA

If the lines going into the cab are as you say cold then you still have an actuator problem either due to the actuator itself ( but you say you replaced the actuator),so you may have a bad climate control head. check to see if the desired setting is actually changing like from defrost to vent then work the hot cold side of the control. if the selector actuates the vent control at least you know you have power to the unit. Ask someone to watch the actuator you changed and see if they notice movement when you change the setting.
