AC issue

I've looked through the threads and can't find anything identical to my problem
I've got a 96 two door the AC. Barely blows out of the dash vent no matter where I switch it too it always blows out of the feet vents a little....when I switch it to the dash vents it barely comes out..

Hvac controls or AC actuator blend door??

Did u check the actuators..? theres 3... 1 next to the gas 1 behind the ash tray and 1 over by the heater core...

check the linkage on the left of the hvac box above and to the left of gas pedal for full travel while turning mode knob.

But the first one is wat sunlit is talking about... The middle is the hard one to get 2 as u can see...





But with this obstruction in the way its damn near impossible 2 remove this thing...

So I was to chicken to remove the dash, so I drilled just under the A/C vent left of the glovebox...

And the metal braket behind that as well...


And vawla (im sure I misspelled that)..!


There she was...

wow see now thats dedication to the site! monstar took his dash apart to show you exactly where those things were!
