Ac is hardly blowing cool. System is charged, no leaks. Ac clutch runs constantly. Checked all fuses and relays. Hoses for lowside always has condensation on them.

Is system charged to 25 to 55 Psi? An R-134A can will only hook up at one point on your vehicle.
Be sure and offset dial to your ambient air temperature before starting. Gl.

I was replacing the heater core a couple months back and broke the heater control valve. I just bypassed it that day. Ordered a new valve just never installed it. Could this be my problem?

Disregard my comment about both sides blowing the same temp, I was thinking of the newer style. I believe there would still be a door that is either electronic or cable operated depending on year to switch it from hot to cold. If you switch to hot does it blow hotter and then back to cold it kind of goes less hot?
