AC RPM Issues

When i have AC on the truck idles rough and i notice the RPMs jumping down towards zero and back up to normal, kinda feels like truck wants to die, any ideas on whats cause this?

i havent heard any unusual noises when on besides the engine bogging down.... ac blows cold and heats blows hot nothing wrong there yet..... but my truck acts half dead when idle when ac is on and battery is clean and new.....

Not sure, but the engine does make changes based on load, rather the PCM does. It sees the AC compressor as "load". It factors this load using the MAF as far as I know. I'd try cleaning it first.
