Take out the blocks of wood. If you end up wanting to keep that height, then order quality metal spacers. Summit Racing can help you out, if you choose to go in that direction.

They are aluminum blocks under springs. I want factory height. Truck used to have 33s. I have stock tires now

@yoda009 Have you ruled out the possibility that the problem is the tires?
It dosent change with tire rotation. And it's perfect except for 25-45 mph. Found the rear has 2 inch blocks under springs so removing those this weekend to get it stock height. Maybe a driveshaft angle deal? Also I replaced my left front axle seal and found this morning it's leaking again. Thought the half shaft could have been my vibration
