Adaptive cruise control sudden acceleration to 96 mph

Re my 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. I use the adaptive cruise control set to 74 mph. Twice the vehicle has suddenly -ON ITS OWN- accelerated to 96 mph. Seriously scary. The dealer is unable to verify the concern. Has this happened to anyone?

I have a 21 Denali and use the adaptive cruise control all the time. The only problem that i have with unexpected acceleration is when i am cresting a hill. Seems the sensors are pointed up and it loses sense to where it is. Definitely feels like the SUV is out of control. This happens at speeds of 45 - 50

I get this too. While adaptive cruise control is improving, I think its barely commercial and dumbs down driving.
