That is what happens when you try to make the wife part of the decision making process. Not the best idea I have ever had.

I Wouldn't get it. But I am cheap and didn't get a Denali! If I were going to get a Denali it would have no options but the 22s.

I don't want crap resolution rear screens, leaky sunroofs, gimmicky Head up display or motorized steps that will break soon enough. These options tack almost 8k on the price. That is more than the increase from SLT to Denali and denali gets you so much more...

I do wish my SLT had the 6.2, nicer interior, mag ride and sweet driver display...

I was experimenting with the adaptive cruise control yesterday and it is pretty impressive. If you do a lot of highway driving then I would recommend it. I set cruise at 71MPH and did not touch the gas or brake in moderately heavy traffic for 5 miles. I exited the freeway and finally pressed the brake manually at about 30 mph. It did all the braking and accelerating... granted I wouldn't normally operate the system this way but it does demonstrate its capabilities.
