addicted to software updates - what to say to get them from Dealer?!

petethepug ..... you seem to be knowledgeable about this stuff..... I have been straining, to talk to an intelligible ( $%#@)... person at XM, to understand why my 2005 Yukon's XM keeps loosing signals!!
I wonder if the XM factory install has a " serius" glitch ??
