Adding Bose sub to non Bose radio 2003

I just added a center console with the non lux Bose amp and sub to my non Bose 2003 chev. Can the amp and sub be run off that deck with a simple wiring harness or is there more to it? Thanks

It is very difficult almost impossible, I added a center console to my 03 tahoe with no bose, but the center console that I added came with a bose sub and bose amp, so I removed the bose amp and left the bose sub, and powered it with a polk audio PA330 2 channel 150 rms per channel amplifier, the bose sub will be DVC, I wired the coils in siries and bridged it at the amp, I also installed the amp qhere the factory bose amp use to be, so it is not visible XD, so I have a bose simulation.
