I am interested in adding bluetooth and a USB input to use thumb drives in the vehicle. I have found the GROM unit add on which does this but it disables your use of the sattellite radio I believe. Anyone have luck with this or have other suggestions? I just want USB primarily ... bluetooth is a nice addition if possible.

Thanks for the post but I have the factory nav & dvd and no mini usb in the back. I wish it would have been only that simple. Getting a cord to the front in that case is a breeze. I was wishing that post had some kind of way to tap a usb feed into the audio. Thanks though.

Anyone else got tips?

The 07-08 ones don't have USB. You'd have to get a different factory nav screen that is 09+ to get factory USB. Or you can just go aftermarket and a majority of the aftermarket screens have USB built into them either directly on the unit itself or through an add-on cable you can purchase.
