Additional Front Lighting?

2005 Tahoe

I may have posted this on this forum before but have still yet to find lights.

Directly above the front bumper and below the grill, I have two covered ports. The covers are removable. On some vehicles, there are no covers so that more air can get into the engine bay.

I am looking for two slim lights that fit these openings/ ports. Does anyone have any ideas??

With so many LED options out there, you could probably just take the length x height measurements and find something easily on Amazon or eBay.
