Adjust panhard bar

I bought an adjustable panhard bar for my tahoe since its lowered 5" in te back. I wreck my rear quater panel and I dnt trust its straight to measure off of that. One one have any goo idea on what I can measure off of to center the axel? I was think about measuring of the frame by we're the upper control arm bolts to and out to the edge of the tire

Or you can measure from the frame rail to the tire.
