Advice - LED Bulbs as daytime running lights?

Just ordered the pair off Amazon. The users submitted photo's of these in the back-up lights at night, and are bright as hell. Are these too bright for DRL? Just dont wanna ride around pissing people off.

Hope you don't have to shave them, if you do, just go a little at a time till they fit

That crossed my mind, I remember one person writing a review stating that one side fit and the other needed slight shaving. I'll def be careful.

Darnit, I just ordered some of the JDM ones, hope they don't suck! There are enough good reviews on Amazon that I will give them a shot. Plan on using them as reverse lights.

I've been using them for reverse lightsso far so goo. I originally ordered 2 sets, one for the DRL but they either were defective or went that way the first day. Reverse lights ok still.
