Advice with mods

I have a 98 tahoe 2wd 2 door the interior and exterior are finished audio is finished It has the 5.7 rebuilt about 35,000 miles ago i was looking at doing a cam springs retainers underdrive pulleys new fuel rails port and polish on the intake and throttle body i have a friend locally that will give me a custom tune . Was also gonna do a CAI problem is im having trouble locating the parts i am looking for any suggestions or even suggestions of other mods that would be good...

come on guys noone has any ideas or suggestions . I guess my hoe isnt good enough cause its not a 00 or better ...
