09 Tahoe... Just installed 2 inch Drop Spindles... should i be replacing the stock shocks as well ????

No, you shouldn't have to replace your stock shocks w/ drop spindles unless they were bad prior to the install.

im not sure what it is, but it feels like it bottoms out in the front as well. i might have to check the stock shocks i guess.... thanks for the info...

You do have less travel in the suspension. I would suggest trimming the bump stops up front to gain some of what you lost.

wierd i have no problems in mine, unless you have bigger rims than i do

spindles do not change shock stroke so just as much clearance as before. I wonder if tire is hitting.

I am so new to this lowering stuff. fyi, i am sittin on 26's. I guess i'll go under and take a look. its just that when i'm driving and there is a little dip in the road, i sometimes feel the front bottom out. thanks guys for the info. greatly appreciated.

True, I had it backwards in my head. The spindle changes the mounting location but everything else is the same. Sooooo, shouldn't be less travel in the suspension, but less travel from wheel to fender, got it :waytogo:
