I have searched until I am blue in the face!

System rundown.

Pioneer Avic 710bt, pioneer speakers in the doors running off of the head unit.

I am trying to add an amp to power the factory sub, but I am getting some weird noises when it is hooked up, I have run all new wiring for the amp, and the only thing I can figure out is that I am getting signal noise. Anyone have any suggestions on what has worked for them?

probally because the factory sub is bose and bose is always hard to modify. i certainly wouldnt even try to bother doing an amp on it. does the 03 have it in the rear cargo area or up front like us? if in the rear, just replace it with aftermarket sub in stock location for cleanness and amp it.

Long story short, of messing with this thing for two days, I made myself a small box and put a 10 under the console. Sounds decent a 10 being in less than .5 cubic foot box. I just didn't want to sacrifice cargo space for a sub.
