Yeah...those are the Xenons. ~$450 + Paint.

Well, the patience paid off. OEM Z71 flares in black for $250 on eBay.

Looks fine without the Z71 front bumper and I didn't install the section on the rear bumper (requires three holes in the bumper cover). Haven't decided if I am going to install those.
