Aftermarket Heated Seats

Has anyone experimented with aftermarket heated seats? I have an 09 Tahoe with cloth seats. My concern is with removing the upholstery to insert the heating elements. A stereo shop nearby does the parts and labor for $175 per seat. In your opinion, is this price worth it for the amount of work involved.

It depends on what the material cost is. These seats are easy to remove and install material on.

$350 for both installed!!

You can get kits online for $30 and up for 2 seats. Taking the seats apart is easy, especially the front 2 seats! You can install them yourself, save your money!
