Aftermarket NAV and retain everything?

im sorry if this has been answered, but i cant seem to find the simple answer. I have a 07 Denali with bose and without factory NAV. i want to install a aftermarket NAV. i only want to do so if i can retain all the other controls in the truck, like rear entertainment, steering wheel control, etc. is it just 1 module to buy or will i lose some things no matter what. would this be all i need ? http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_24924_Axxess-GMOS-100.html

yes that will do the trick... it will only retain xm if you have steering wheel control..

It really depends on what type of aftermarket unit you have, or will be purchasing. There are many different options available, but some are meant to work with specific brands.
