Aftermarket stereo : need advices.

Hi,

I want to swap the OEM 6 cd charger for an aftermarket radio, may be a Pioneer AVIC.
I've mailed with another frenchman who actually had a AVIc in its Tahoe. It had to buy this :

Sadly he losts the use of the steering wheel commands.

How to keep them, ith the use of an aftermarket radio AND the bose system?
