I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe LT with factory Bose 6 CD Satellite stereo. I found these OEM stereos that are reconditioned with Bluetooth unfortunately I was told by the company it does not work well with phone calls. I am hesitant to get an aftermarket stereo because I like how the sound of the door/ignition chime goes through the Bose speakers and that every specific tone it makes. I had an 05 GMC 2500 that I put aftermarket touch screen stereo with Apple care CarPlay stereo in and the chime sounded like a chime out of an early 2000s Ford truck not even similar to the factory sound and I don’t think the sound was even coming out of the speakers. This was back in 2016.

Are there aftermarket options that would give me the exact sound and tone for the chime through the speakers?

It appears that you like the sound of the door/ignition chimes better than the bluetooth feature addition, and that's OK with me. I completely replaced my stock Bose system, part of which was an aftermarket Kenwood head unit. I don't recall the sound of my door/ignition chimes being any different than with the Bose system.

I cannot personally assist you with your issue, but other members of this Forum much more knowledgeable than me in this area will chime in.

WOW! I didn't even notice that. I'm a Poet, but don't know it.
You are a poet and were unaware...

I've got aftermarket units in all but 2 of my GMT800s. The chimes sound exactly the same to me, and 2 of them had OEM systems in them before I ripped and replaced. One of my remaining to is definitely going to get ripped and replaced. I'm just not sure about the 2nd one yet.
