Air Intake

Saw this on Craigslist. Looks like a great idea. Has anyone used something like this on our nbs?

This makes no sense to me lol. but then again I don't know how the nnbs intakes are set up.
There is a couple that are specifically made for our body style

No I mean how does it route around the radiator and frame supports?must have a ton of room under there for nnbs.
I know the middle part bolts directly to the manifold. has a triangle filter inside. which makes me wonder if that would fit ours. if so you can you find a way to route those air vents?

I'm not really sure. Before seeing them on craigslistcraigslist, I never even saw them before. Looks like a cool idea tho.

Where does the MAF sensor go? And I call total BS on even the 25HP gain. Or maybe by "...if a programmer is used", they mean you install their intake then have a custom tune converting to speed density as well as tweaking the stock tune for 25+ HP gains. That's like saying a MagnaCharger sticker adds 150HP if you install the sticker right after installing a MagnaCharger.

Lol, I totally agree with you, I just thought it had that cool unique factor to it. Never saw a setup in person.

If the MAF sensor stays and the filter is worth a shit, it should be totally functional as far as ducting [relatively] cool ambient air into the filter housing. But, 25+ HP gains? Nah.
