Does anyone have any vehicle schematics or proof on whether the vehicle actually goes into Aero Mode while cruising at 65 mph or more for an extended period of time? I find after cruising at 65+ mph for a long while and come to a slow stop the vehicle will settle after a bit and actually visually lower while stopped. I believe it should raise after being stopped because it should have been in Aero Mode at a lower height than normal.
Just hoping Aero Mode is not a gimmick and making you believe it lowers for you thinking you will get better fuel mileage while cruising as it should have lowers the vehicle for you at those speeds.

Tempted to duck-tape a ruler to the side of my vehicle to see if it lowers and scrapes on ground while at those speeds as it goes into Aero Mode... Joking... But am I? haha

if the manual states this is what is does, then that is what it does, unless you have done something to prevent it like pressing tow/haul or modified something else that prevents it from operating normally.
it also states it will raise again when slowing to less than 30mph, this means it happens before you come to a complete stop
it could be that when you are pressing the brakes you are seeing the body drop which is not abnormal depending the how you stopped and how hard you have applied the brake pedal versus engine idle.
bottom line is there is no trickerey going on here.

Hey thanks for the reply! Yeah, that is true - happening at 30 MPH like it and you state so one doesn't even notice that as vehicle is in motion. Just so quiet in the cab with all the noise cancelling features one doesn't hear the (Pshhh) from the air release valve. Yeah another good point- if braking hard it probably has adjusted the height for the vehicle roll factor always maintaining level front, back left and right... Anyways thanks much!

Are you sure you're not seeing the front (only) raise back up, and not the rear drop? It might give the impression that the whole vehicle is lowering when in fact I think the front it raising slightly.
