MAX..... i was drawing up a design like the one in your pic. i havent been able to find any pics online that showed it could possibly work til now. however that one does look a little bit minimal in the structure department! time to break out the welder again!

Why couldn't you make the upper bracket flat instead of on such an angle?

The only reason I can thing of would be wheel interference but with everyone running such large wheels I wouldn't think it would be an issue other than turning.

the bag will not have such a hard time getting raised. it gives it an acordion effect, so it will asist in infalting the bag.

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. On my dually all the bags are installed vertical. I do know alot of people run bags on the link bars because it gives you the advantage of leverage meaning you get more lift from a smaller bag but I would try and run the bags vertical.
