Hey, I have an 02 tahoe that needs new air shocks for the air ride suspension. I took it to a shop and was told $1700 for parts alone. Is there anywhere that I can go to find cheaper air shocks for my car? Any help would be much appreciated...

ebay?? man id just bag it... talk to ride tech.com they can prob hook u up for way cheaper than that...

I saw that remedy on the Escalade forum. I might go that route once my air shocks go bad.

Arnott is your friend....
Check the Arnott site; I ordered a complete set through eBay for $800 (front/rear/compressor). If you order direct through them, it's a little more and they want core charge.
Swap out is not tooooo bad, if you're familiar with using wrenches. Best/quickest assistance is if you have access to a lift. I did mine in the house garage using floor jacks...time consuming but not hard to do.
