Sounds like your "director" is not working properly (based on your description, seems stuck on "floor/defrost"). Not sure if the 95 is setup the same way as my 99, but if it is (electronic), worst case you'll have to purchase a new controller. Could be a burnt ground in the harness, too.

could be that the core is clogged up. heres what you do: on the passenger side under the dash, theres the blower. remove the cover and plugs. unscrew the blower motor with a 7mm socket. remove it, look inside and to the left with a flashlight and a mirror. you will see your core, and most likely a bunch of dirt and leaves and junk just resting inside. clean all that up, then put it back together. that should solve the problem. if it's not blowing cold, go get your a/c recharged.

Check your blend doors. If they are messed up they are expensive to get fixed or very labor intensive to do yourself. You can check them out by pulling off the bottom piece of plastic right at the carpet in the center of you I.P. It takes a little messing around with but it'll come out, don't just pull it out.

Then lay on your back with a flashlight and look up to see if you can see all three of them lined up. There is one low one and two higher up. Also look on the driver side while your down there. Turn the key on and go through each position to see if the actuator is working.

One of mine was out of wack but I was able to line it back up and my air works o.k. now. The other thing I found is that the rubber on the doors had dried out and was coming apart so mine don't seal as well as they should but I'm going to wait till next summer to see if it's worth pulling the I.P. out to try and fix it.

Hmmmm, so what's a I.P.? I keep thinking Intake Plenum, but under the dash?
Sorry, I don't know...

Sorry

I.P. = Instrument Panel

I worked in the industry for 20 years, last 10 for G.M. at their tech center. Old habits die hard.

Don't be sorry...
I read that and slaped my forhead all the while saying, 'Dope!'
I should have guessed that. Thanks for the info.
