okay i know i have excessive toe out
and since i dont have an alignment rack at my house to adjust my alignment im a little befuttled
im having difficult adjusting the toe and keeping the steering wheel from going completely caddiewompus
now when i adjust the tie rod ends should i jack the front wheels up off the ground or just a little so there still in contact or not at all
and i know i the steering wheel has to be wedged in place but doesnt the key have to be turned or does the engine have to be running
any input would be much appreciated

Get a professional alignment

Camber plays a factor in alignment as well.

Sometimes you have to adjust one wheel and compensate on the other one.

Like if you toe in on the right you have to toe out on the left the same amount to keep the wheel straight

i will go get the alignment done end of the month on payday i was trying to get somewhat back into shape in the meantime because the excessive toe out was wearing the inside tread of my front tires nearly bald
i was able to get the toe in alot better shape i used the string and jack stand method but then ive noticed i all the sudden got negative camber wtf and of course my steeringwheels all outta wack
