My headlights have no issues, but the fogs were weird. You know, I never added the "harness" option when I was picking them out on the website. I did the same for my headlights but they installed just fine.

You shouldn't need a harness for the fogs. In fact, I don't have a harness installed for my low beams or my fogs. I have a harness for my low beams sitting in my garage but I've never bothered to install it because they work without it. You don't really need a harness for the fogs because you don't turn them on until the vehicle is running so you'll get enough current to get those puppies running. The low beams are trickier because they try to fire while the vehicle is cranking...
