I was interested in purchasing a Lock Pick GMX560 but after reading all the negative reviews regarding customer service, support and defective products I'm not sure if I'm comfortable dropping 500$ on a gamble.

I'm mainly interested in unlocking Nav and DVD in motion, accessing the rear camera at will, adding a front camera and complete I touch useability.

Is anyone aware of a additional unit that provides these functions?

Yeah, the camera adds to the difficulty. The lockpick is the only thing I've found that is even remotely creditable with every solution. Still, I'm in your boat- don't want to shell out the dough for that unit...

I'll spend the 500, including a quality camera, just worried about all the negative reviews.
