okay originally started out with the big 3 wiring upgrade and aan optima
6months ago i just put a 250 LActrical alternator in my 02 tahoe like two weeks ago and i just had to have my red top replaced yesterday it would barely start the car im gonna assume the last 6 months with my factory alt. and drawing to much current is what killed it
has anyone herd anything about these alternators
did i screw up buying this should i send this back and buy an expensive one
it says its like 95 amps at idol and goes to max power at 1200rpm
also whats a good solution for the excessive current draw at idol when the alternator is only putting out like 95 amps extra battery ? capacitor? buy a better alternator
