Am I really getting poor fuel economy? ?

Hey guys im only getting 180 mile per full tank of gas(30gal). New fuel pump fuel filter fuel tank. No cel no codes I've checked. Truck feels good no running issues to speak of. Im at a loss

Sorry forgot to also say the truck does like to idle around 800- 1000 rpms every now and then

How many gallons is your trucking taking at the 180 mile mark? What size tires, etc?
