So today while doing working on the Burb, ive been documenting this in another thread, I noticed I have a screw in one of my new Goodyear RSA tires so I took the tire up to the local discount store to get it repaired. It was too close to the wall of the tire but upon inspection the technician noted that my brand new wheels that I purchased exactly one year ago we’re having problems. The clearcoat was starting to come loose around the hub. So the tech called American wheel and was able to get me four new wheels under warranty. This was by the skin of my teeth on the warranty. Had I not had a screw in the tread I would not have been under warranty. If you’re going to buy new wheels, I would recommend buying it through discount tire the salesman said that they are one of their biggest customers so he had a lot of say in getting me the four new wheels.
