Apparently I have fried my bose amp on my 2006 yukon xl denali by jump starting a dead battery and not removing the 30 amp fuse. How hard is this to replace and can it be done without a dealer configuring the radio to the amp? I have seen bose amps for sale on ebay,etc, and some have said they would configure it to the vehicle. Is this legit? And how much would I have to pay if I took it to the dealer, ballpark figure? The radio and nav works, just no sound out of the speakers, and all the fuses are fine, Thanks for any help for this newbie.
