An under the hood question

If you are taking that picture from the front of the truck looking back and this is the driver's side, that is the drain plug for the front differential. There should also be another plug above that one near the top to check the level and fill. The level should be pretty much even to the bottom of the top hole.

I have the 75w-90 gear lube ..... where can I squeeze it in? I can't locate a top plug ..... can someone please advise.

Unless it's completely different than my 05, there should be a top and bottom (fill and drain) plug. You can buy the gear oil that has a special top that you can squeeze into the fill hole.
