Another heat question

Ok so I've searched here hard and jus get evn more confused hope you guys can help me out here so my 03 Yukon blows cold in back when dial is on heat, now it blows and changes when and where I want ie ceiling floor etc jus blows cold now I've changed module wit part number 15832319 did the whole fuse pull dance turn truck in on position for 30 sec blah blah blah still no rear heat now I'm figuring it's the actuator but I'm looking at part numbers and descriptions and they get really confusing with what they do and are for and I need help figuring which one works for my truck the part number that's on the one in there is 16164972
N3322333B+
Tried looking up the 1616 number and I get confused cause it comes back to a few diff parts that say diff things as well please help a guy if u can I'm doin the install myself im pretty good with hands on so the install is not an issue I'm jus afraid of wasting more time and money on wrong parts....

Now if I'm facing the panel, the one I need to change would be the one on the left correct?!?!?

Rear Heat has been restored now I gotta find a C pillar trim piece, mines cracked during disassembly the price of this install is steady growing Im still glad I did it myself feels great to tackle what shops charge 500up to do and save by diy thanks for the help....
