I replaced the OE Magneride suspension on my wife's 2015 Yukon Denali XL with Arnott in May of 2024. The fronts have already failed at only 13k miles. Driver side has collapsed 2" and now the tire rubs when turning and passenger side is seeping fluid.....I own a European repair shop and have used Arnott for years for air ride on all sorts of Mercedes and Land Rovers but we have had nothing but issues with them the last couple years (and oddly enough they have now shortened their warranty period!).

I am not putting Arnott back on it and Magdelete is sold out of the Bilstein struts. Has anyone run the economy kit from Magdelete with some honest feedback? I am NOT looking to put OEM magneride back on this truck after the issues I have run into. Other brands to consider? Need to get something ordered in the next couple days.

Like you I’ve had Arnott for years and like them. Your original shocks lasted 8 years and X amount of miles. You can get OEM shocks from gmpartsdirct or other vendors.

While I understand your reluctance I can tell you that my experience with passive shocks and resistors was so bad I switched back to OEM.

Being a professional auto tech you know more than most of us that your car’s systems are meant to work together for ride quality and more importantly safety.

It’s just my 2 cents worth. Others have had good experiences with passive setups and will give you their suggestions.
