Any alpine ine-s920hd users

My radio doesn't play any sound or any other function will not play sound, once I've turned my car off key out let sit, once I return, as long as it's not put on radio function everything else will work as normal but once I switch to radio none of the other functions including radio will not play sound.....

Is this a new install?

Do you have an amp? Maybe power antenna turn on is switched with remote amp turn on out of the alpine

This is not a new install yes I have amps radio is only 2 yrs old worked fine until recently....
