Any OBS and NBS owners out there want to comment on reliability?

[UGA Tahoe]

My work truck is a 01 gmc sierra. Not a Tahoe but still has the same internals, for the most part. It has over 250,000 miles w/ the original motor and trans. Although it shows its age. In the beginning, we used it to tow very heavy roofing trailers. For several years we did this. The only big problems we have really had w/ it were a/c related. Still drive it for work today, although it doesn't tow anything these days. The 5.3 is the way to go.
