I have some ideas I wanna try in the Highbeams on my Truck (Suburban) but without pulling the housings out, I don't see any easy way of swapping the bulbs out.

The Driver side looks somewhat do-able without pulling the housing and contorting your hands around, but the Pass side def looks like the housing needs to be pulled even after you get the Airbox outta the way and that stupid Rubber Flap they put behind the headlight.

Anyone done this yet and have some pointers?

Just changed mine yesterday. You have to pull the airbox out and remove a couple tabs to open the cover. I used a flat head screwdriver to pull the tab-heads off and the remaining tab just pulls out by hand. The airbox is held in by a couple grommets on the bottom so it takes a little force to pull it out and set back in.
I would install a K&N filter while you have the box out, I did.

Yea, I've had the airbox out already when I did my Low Beams.

I guess I'll just try to wrestle that rubber flap outta the way that's behind the pass side light.

Thanks!
