That basically what I want to do. I would just take a weekend and remove all the pieces on a friday night. Saturday clean and prep and paint and reinstall sunday and go back to work monday. Problem is I have a lot of irons in the fire right now. My dirt bike is sitting completely taken apart and thats my priority right now. Next up will be getting my cluster fixed. The temp gauge isnt working. I was thinking of having the trans temp added and having the bulbs swapped out for red LEDs. One of my steering wheel control lights isnt working either so I would swap those to red and guess what else.. My 4wd switch is messing up so I would buy a new one and swap it too and while Im at just change them all over to red LEDs. Snowball effect in action...I love this Tahoe. My first chevy and I love it! My only regret is not switching sooner.
