elec fans are still worth all the pros in my book. Sooo much cleaner looking, the noisy, faster heatups in the fall/winter time.. way worth it

just get a painless wiring relay kit. I won't hurt at all and is simple to do but complicated enough to give you the electrical practice.

LOL I feel funny, I bought the kit form Jegs, wired it exactly as it said and it all works ... I feel left out maybe I should go get some shit from a junk yard and hobble it together ... I mean I wanna risk my engine like everyone else around here.

I spent $200+ on mine to wire it up - disagree on the pros in my book...but at least I have a completely automated two speed!!!

For me, the big pro was learning about this stuff...my dad and uncle got a kick of the science project I turned it into and we had fun working on it together....wiring all those relays together made my other electrical projects a piece of cake!
